As a member unit of Army Group 1944 (AG44), GD members must abide by all AG44 guidelines and
event waiver requirements. Please reference the information below.
Army Group 1944 Policies
Adult Participant Forms (Age 18+)
Waiver and Ammo Check (Gate form) Required for all adult participants
Minor Participant Forms (Age 16-17)
The following documents must be signed by a parent/legal guardian, notarized, and brought to each event.
WA Temp Parental Consent form vs Oregon Power of Attorney depends on state of residence. MUST BE NOTARIZED!
The following documents must also be brought by the minor participant to be filled out at each event.
